Our Story

Oliver's Twist. named after Chef Staci's Father, is inspired by what she and her father created in the kitchen. She traces her passion for food and people to the relationship she had with her father. Oliver's Twist is a homage to the man who started it all.

In the Kitchen

Oliver's Twist is a Vegan and Non-Vegan restaurant that completely reimagines how we think about food. Unlike any other restaurant, anything that is non-vegan can be made vegan. In the Oliver's Twist kitchen there are two of everything to ensure there is no cross-contamination. Chef Staci Azzinaro continues to be inspired by her father, Oliver, as she uses her passion and skill to create a flavor for every taste.
